Required For Enrollment
Registrar
Rachel Susman (805-577-1400) will be glad to assist
you in enrolling at Simi Valley High School. Records
may be faxed to 805-520-6135. The following are
documents that are required when you bring your
student to enroll:

Residency - Utility Bill
(phone, gas, or water bill) or lease agreement, or
closing escrow statement
Note:
If the utility bill is not in your name, we require
a bill from the
property owner and a notarized letter stating
your name and student’s as residents.

If you live outside the
boundaries of the Simi Valley Unified School District
and you wish your son or daughter to attend Simi
Valley High School, call Student Support Services
(805-306-4595) for information on obtaining an
inter-district permit.
